i worked in the shop at lamarque for 5 1/2 years.i dont know what that other shop is.im leaving the automotive business i dont want to do it anymore.im 28so i still have time to figure everything out.the truck i have been talking about belongs to another tech at lamarque.he has alot of stuff done to it.he inspired me to finally start modding my truck.

 

then you probably saw my 04 there...white/tan, engine tick was in there for months...wonder if you saw it

i dont think it had the hood or rims for the 2 month period but i brought it back and had the wheels on it..U may have worked on it idk what you did

I didn't know you worked at Lamarque, I worked at Don Bohn back in the late 80's, I was a low life salesman before I went to work for the company I'm still working for now. In fact I bought my first F-150 from Guy Penicaro back in '84.

 

holy crap paw paw.guy is still over there at lamarque.thats cool.he is a good guy.i was going to leave automotive but another job i was waiting on has been put off so im going to don bohn for an interview.i know i got the job but i have to talk anyway the service manager is my step father in law.it is not a permanent thing though.i hate working on cars now.and mcr1994 i didnt see your truck or i never noticed it.i did do engine work so im sure if i saw the repair order i could tell you exactly who worked on it.

i guess they screwed it up.i will tell you that place has went to hell since this other guy started running the service department.thats why i left.well mutually resigned if you call it that.i cant vouche for it any more.i have to be honest.that place is so unorganized its retarded.like i said i want out of automotive but i ave to wait a little longer so im sticking it out somewhere else.

 

yea..3 months, new motor, still ticks, but i sold it..u said ftw is up again?? doesnt show that for me

 

its weird.in the general discusion section someone posted that ftw was back up and had a link.the link seems to be the only way i can get on ftw.if you are talking about the white truck and had the hood on it i think i do remember it.i wasnt thinking.i dont know who worked on it and can guarantee it was not me.i dont do engine work anyway.from what i have seen that 5.4 engine has way too many issues.thats why i went 4.6.
