When I'm done with this Menzerna Power Lock, I'm going to give Blackfire a shot. Always looks good on your vehicles.

It'll be interesting to see what you think of it. I havent tried any others. Just did alot of research and with the price point it seemed to be very hard to beat.

Before i traded off the 2013 i was almost at a year. 11 months and it still beaded like it was applied the weel before. Still say thats why it always looked as good as it did was bevause of the blackfire.

Full Race Intercooler arrived to today and is installed. I put it, a Tial Blow-off valve and a AEM drop-in air filter in.

Curious to see how it stacks up against the OEM one. I confirmed that my OEM one had the plastic plugging on the ends of the core. They essentially cut 66% of the airflow.

It's hard to see, but you can make out the plastic plugs.

Earning my money out on the jobsites this week -- hit 100 today here in Austin and should be more of the same for tomorrow! Hope to wrap up my fieldwork in time to head back to Houston tomorrow afternoon -- if not, I'll hit the hotel for one more night, have a nice dinner somewhere, sleep in a bit on Saturday, and then hop in the Escape for a leisurely drive back that morning.......

Tuesday looks lovely -- 100-degrees and rain.....

It was pretty steamy down in Houston today as well -- all of my errands were short little trips around town and the AC in the Escape never had enough time to cool things off very well......

For anyone wanting a good cleaner interior and exterior needs to try this Armor All. This stuff is pretty amazing. Ive done 2 interiors so far. Smells good and just cleans everything. It doesn't leave behind any kinda of greasy shine etc. Just a nice clean look. Absolutley no streaking either. Got some on the Windows and did 1 quick wipe and it was gone. Same for the radio in the truck. Quick spray and wiped off in one swipe. Finger prints gone and no streaks. For 6 bucks this is hard to beat and over the counter at that.

I also did the painted door seals on the vehicles also. Just quick spray and wipe and looks good as new.

Just got back yesterday from a weekend camping trip with one of my daughters and her husband. Took two out of the three grandsons.

Lake Palourde in Morgan City

Nice under the moss draped cypress trees.

Official food of Louisiana!!

The 9 and the 4 yr old doing the mudbug thing!

Nice campground.

They loved the shallow water.

Watch out for gators.

And added about 138,000 miles to your odometer -- I don't think I'd buy that stuff anymore once you've used up the current bottle......

Spray some on you and the wife before you go to bed tonight and maybe you'll wake up with a mullet and she'll have "big hair" with a half can of hair spray in it.....
