Let's start over......
Yup to bad we don't have either. Last time I was up your way I noticed yall were getting more stripes stores but it was sunoco branded gas, even though they aren't top tier it's better than unbranded gas stripes has here.
I use to like stripes stores but they took over everything and the other companies left, kinda like walmart. We now have 5 of them in town and it's running other stores out.

Picked up another detail job by driving down the road with that Kodiak Brown sparkling. 2010 red tundra, Went easier on him compared to the guy with the Ram. Only charged $200, guy didn't hesitate. Dropping it off Saturday morning.
Wonder what would happen if I actually advertised on the rear window? Made over 500 bucks with people just pulling up next to me at the lights

We've been having a great time in Lake Tahoe this week -- tomorrow it is back to reality and the heat and humidity of Houston.....
Had a direct flight up here but have to connect through San Francisco on the way back -- gonna be a tired crew when we land in Houston around 10:00 at night.....

200 is really cheap. How many hours you invest? Plus products cost?
I realize you enjoy doing it, but I still think 200 is cheap for a 6-8 hour detail. That's between 20-32 bucks an hour, and free product use
Yup, you should be starting at $400 if you are doing any paint correction. If it's just a Clay and wax $150-200 isn't too bad. Best deal I give to Friends and family for paint correction is $200-250 depending on the job.
Finished it up. Started at 8am and finished at 1. Used the Nanoskin Mit to get the contamination off, then hit it with some Megs M205 with the DA and finished it off with chemical guys extreme depth with x seal. Guy was super happy and gave a 50 dollar tip. Working on the pics now.
Thing is i have so much stuff that I don't mind using it up. My cabinet is full of stuff and some of it is getting old. Now if I was to use that blackfire on it i would have to charge more, since the sealant and wax is damn near 80 bucks to get it here.
I have finally found out what works good and ready to downsize my stash. Would like to get to 3 or 4 waxes, 2 sealants and be done.

The idiot drivers of San Angelo strike again. Either happened at Outback or Micheal's last night. It had to be a grill guard, hit it hard enough that it pushed it to the rear quarter panel, knocked a little paint off. Crazy thing is it looks like the bumper pushed in but came back to its regular place. No other way to have got the damage on the rear fender.
I've not decoded yet if I'm going to fix it, turn it into insurance or just say screw it.

I'm about to say screw it, take it for a run down at the lake and get some good mesquite tree pinstripes down both sides, run through a few mud puddles and then it'll be a "truck" and not have to worry about how it looks.
Yea, I've never seen em go back to regular position though after making contact with bedside, Well close to it. I wish Ranch hand made a decent looking rear bumper, but I don't like any of their designs. I'm more for factory or close to factory look.
