all you care about is the inlet/outlet diameter. If they are 2.5" then you are set.

 

You also need to stay within the GVWR rating so they do not burn out on you. 94106 cats along with the entire 94000 line of cats are 6200 rated so you are good to go.

 

questionn. what about the sensor? do i get one put in? or do i buy one with the hole?

 

You could get the 94136 model which does have an O2 hole, but its been known to give false readings and triggering the CEL, having the O2 sensor mounted AFTER the new hi-flow cats ( 94106 model in your case ) works very well, it gives the cat a chance to filter the certain percentage of gases and the CEL reads it acceptable.
