It has been but you need to pull the IC to open/reprogram it...too technical for the FTA / I want free tv crowd.

After reading here that people signed up for $77 a year for the everthing plan, I called them and told them that I saw an ad online for some $77/year price and I wanted it. They said no, I told them I wanted to cancel, they gave me the $77/year price. It's paid in one installment and works out to $6.40-ish per month.

That is 12.95 a month. Standard rate. How is that settling?

Why wait, you just signed up didn't you. Call them back and say wtf! Then tell them you want the same deal. Watch them squirm a bit. Maybe they will bump you to that plan and at worse you still have your 3 month plan.

I had an email the other day from Sirius... looks like rates are going up again... But, this time, it's not because XM/Sirius want more money; it's because of some federal royalty payment stuff. So, from $13 to $15+ now...

I'm cancelling... I just don't get the use out of it. It's getting too pricey...
