Howdy Im new here and boy am i glad i found this place.. Anyway i have a 99 supercab and the Roady XT. I already have everything where i want it to be but i am using the cig lighter plug still. I want to hardwire it into my dash so when i turn the key it comes on and vice-versa. I tried this once (unfortunately i did it while i was having an acute case of cranial flatulence) and fried my XM unit. (thank goodness for walmart - they will take back anything) so now i want to hard wire it but dont know what i will need or how to do it. any ideas or links to step by step guides?
