I got the PIE adapter on E-bay and it was the same part# you have if I am remembering correctly. The PIE is a direct connection to the stereo utilizing the AUX function of the stereo. It is a much better sound than FM modulation and no interference. The red & white connection are the RCA connections from the PIE to the AUX output (mini-jack) of the SIRIUS unit. You can go to any electronics store and get the RCA-to-Minijack cable but try to get one that is 2-3 ft. You don't want to deal with the extra cable.

I hope this helps.

I think I got mine a little cheaper on Ebay but no much. I think it was around $70. Good luck.

Do you have the AUX button on your radio? I have the 6 disk cd changer also in the radio. I think there is a problem if you have the rear seat entertainment system. Here is the website for the PIE:

Take a look and see if they have a compatible unit for your truck or this is the right one for you. PIE is much better than FM modulation.
