my sirius antenna is mounted on the roof and wired through the rear brake light. the magnet is constantly coming loose when i go through a car wash so i thought i would be smart and epoxied it to the roof. Brilliant it never moved again!!! except the epoxy got on the wire and ate through it and now i have to get another antenna. anyone else suffer this? any solutions for the antenna?

 

How about clear silicone RTV?

 

I am purchasing a xm receiver today and plan on running my ant. under the plastic beneath the windsheild as stated here https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=121890
they say there is no reception problems so it would stay in place all the time also hope this helps
