For Christmas my sister wants satellite radio in her 2005 Expedition. Her Expedition has the stock 6 disc CD changer and is not equipped with navigation. Can someone here give me some advice on which satellite radio and any accessories I need to get her fixed up with satellite radio? Thanks.

 

Any unit that has built in FM modulator will work (and every plug and play unit does). I do not know XM products very well, but some kind of hard wired input to the OEM radio would have better sound quality than the wireless FM modulation.
