My 6 cyl GNs can do it no problem but I'm having trouble believing a full size truck with a n/a V6 can do it.
Yeah, 2x my displacement, more boost and only 30mm more tire will do that...

I just added an 8lb flywheel and 4 puck clutch to my car. Thing won't hook up at all in 2nd. First time I got on, it revved so fast the MSD rev limiter couldn't stop if and it hit about 8500rpm. Whoops. Funner than hell though...

josiah,

You really need to find a "fast" car and take it for a spin. No...a stock 03 Mustang GT is not a "fast" car. I had an 03 Cobra pushing about 530 to the wheels off the juice and about 575 on a dry 50 shot. I've broken the tires loose crossing the 1/4 mile mark at the track. This was on 26x10.5x16 Mickey Thompson ET streets too. THAT was scary as HELL!

Scariest thing I ever did was snap 3 our of 4 lug studs at the line.

Didn't find out until AFTER I had passed the finish line, luckily I had felt the vibration and let off. When I got it down to about 30mph, the last stud finally died and the wheel came off. If I hadn't caught it, yikes...

You sir, are crazy. Any recommendations on that car you speak of? I raced an SRT-4 today on the freeway, sorta toyed around rather than raced, have a short vid of it. He pulled on me [of course] but not as bad as I'd thought he would.

Ok back from the drag strip with the pulleyes on, my fastest time b4 the pulleys was 15.438 @ 88.11 tonight I ran 4 times with 45min to an hour between each run, my fastest was 15.382 @ 88.91 so with the pulleys I was 0.056 and 0.80mph faster in the 1/4

I did the troyer pullies too recently, do you feel a lot of low end gain? Its no longer sluggish off the line and I get worse gas mileage on the freeway (makes sense).
