Flash ads crashing my internet?

Flash ads crashing my internet?
I don't know if it's just me, but I do know that it's not just my internet or my browser.
It's happened a lot lately but my internet crashes because I get this message:
Long story short it doesn't matter if I click "Yes" or "No"...I end up having to Ctrl+Alt+Del out of my browser.
It only happens on F150Online--no other sites...and I've recently realized it's only when the ads up top are flash-oriented. It's not all the flash ads, just certain ones. I saw one a second ago that was wet-sanding headlights. It got about halfway done and froze on me.
It happens to me several times a day. At first I thought it was just my internet or possibly browser (I use Chrome). When I went home for Christmas, though, the exact same thing happened on my mother's computer and she uses Firefox.
Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?
