After I click the "insert image icon", I have used the URL address from my Picture Album from this site into the box that appears. Once I posted the thread, the picture didnt come up; just a red X.

That's not the complete web address for the photo; only a partial. A link to a picture will almost always end in .jpg (indicating that it's a jpeg image).

For example... when I put this link within the [ img ] brackets...
