How do you get pics and truck descrips on the bottom of threads

How do you get pics and truck descrips on the bottom of threads
I see different threads and replies that have pics of there trucks at the bottom and being new to this site i was womdering if somebody could tell me how to do it

once you create one, use the Test forum to test it out. Don't forget that you have to click on the little box for each Post.
Also, we ask people to keep them no larger that 500 by 100 if possible. Slightly larger is okay if you need it.
