Pictures at the top (main forum view).
I noticed that all of the pictures at the top of the page are now from one members album at a time. Is this something new that was recently put into place? I've never noticed this before. Not complaining, just curious, although I did like it better the other way.... more of a variety. Thanks.

But your part of the mothership. You may be the janitor, but you are part! I guess I'm in error, but I've almays referred to the bosses in Calif as the Administration.

Sometimes when program code is changed it has more than one effect.
Previously, it didn't matter to me whether the pics came from random galleries or one gallery.
I had clicked the little blue 'up' arrow button (upper right corner) and it would 'hold' so I never saw them, since the feature was added long ago.
The recent code change has the pics visable again.
The difference is the 'Hide' button doesn't 'hold'.
Each time I go back to the main page the sample gallery shows.
I hide it but, now it always comes back.
I have logged off, reset my cookies and pulled my socks up.
They still show, everytime.
I do nothing to block ads because I realize even those guys in California have to eat.
But this sample pic gallery isn't a revenue generator, I don't think.
Thread from a year ago... my posts in it clarify the difference between then and today...

One more point....
The collapse (hide) Sub-forums feature no longer stays collapsed.

What browser are you using ?
Just tried it with Firefox 3.5.1 and I can collapse the sub forums, go to another page, back and they are collapsed.
Next I close the browser, reopen it, go back to a forum, hit the Logo in the upper left hand corner, and it comes back the same.
I do have F150 as able to set cookies, and my browser is not configured to clear cookies once closed. ( the options under clear private data ).

Shouldn't matter now, guys... I've removed the feature as it's becoming more of a distraction from the site...
When 5 photos of some guys' dog load there rather than random pictures of multiple trucks, modifications, or similar (or even just one picture of the dog), it's not as nice of a feature...
While I understand why the setup was changed by IB, I think that it was a move in the wrong direction -- one step forward, two steps back... as such, I've removed it.
