Here is what I did. There might be a different way.
1. Go to User CP
2. Click on Edit Signature
3. Next click on the Insert Image Icon. A box appears and wants a URL.
4. Paste a URL location of a picture.

I went into my gallery and right clicked on a picture and selected properties. I then highlighted the URL and copied it.

This worked for me.........

I'm having problems as well. I did just what you said and I end up with the box w/the red x in it. The image I uploaded in my gallery was jpeg format, that should be ok right?

the only image in your gallery is this one:

Go to the picture and click on the link "Forum Codes". Copy the full size image link and paste it into your signature area under User CP.

One other thing. I am not sure but the image could be a violation of the rules here. https://www.f150online.com/forums/forumrules.html

You have not been able to attach files since the beginning of this site. You need to create a gallery, upload your pictures and link them to your posts.
