What the hell does this mean? When I hold my cursor over the little green square next to any members post count, it says that person "is finding their way"
I thought it might be some kind of rating based on number of posts, but I checked that on folks with 7 posts and others with over 1000.
Anybody got a clue?

It's your reputation and has nothing to do with # of posts.
