password won't save...
On the old forum, my user/pass would be saved and I would never have to enter it. Pretty much a cookie, but with the new forum it doesn't seem to work that way. It seems that it saves it when I am just posting, but if i do search on anything I posted, and hit refresh, I have to re-enter my user/pass almost everytime. I played with my cookie settings, but on my other forums it is still working.
Any ideas

I would suggest logging out and then clearing all cookies set by the forums (or by f150online.com) and then login again. Since you are the only one that has reported this, and the upgrade has been in place since Friday afternoon, I suspect it is something on your end.
For me it seems as though it is saving the password, but it expires after 30 minutes. All weekend, I would logg on the first initial time, and was fine for the 10 minutes I looked at some threads. Today, I logon the initial time and everything is fine, I can hit refresh use features. I go to lunch, come back and hit refresh and I have to re-enter the login info. Is it possible to set cookies to expire? Seems like it takes about 30 minutes. Only F150online.com is doing it, all my other forums are still working normal. And the computer on my end hasn't been changed.
Not really a big problem, just wierd that I have to log back in when I hit refresh after sitting for 30 minutes. Board also doesn't save my log in, accross sessions. wierd. I was thinking it was my PC at first, but Mustangworld, the12volt, and dslreports are all allowing me to never log in. I did try clearing the cookies. I'll just wait and see if maybe someone else starts getting the same issue, and see what they do to fix it.

I was just looking at a thread, looked at somebody's gallery and then went to look at another thread and I was logged out! Had to log back in. I've had to log in 3 times this week, but this is the first time it logged me out while I was reading a thread.

I'd be willing to bet that it is a cookie issue. Check your security settings.
Only one person has responded that they cleared their cookies, per my suggestion, so I cannot diagnose the problem any further.

The site usually remembers me in the mornings. Most of the time when the site forgets me is in the afternoons/ evenings. Yeah, cookies blah blah blah. That was step one before I considered bothering you with it.

Rinkrat, you reported a problem with subscribed emails. Turned out not to be a problem.
RJS reported a problem with gallery access, turned he misread the instructions on where to find the gallery number.
Are you accessing the forums with the same url every time?
I.e. www.f150online.com sometimes and f150online.com (without the www) sometimes?

I have to log in every morning as well, and then I have to log back in after about 30 minutes of inactivity. Doesn't seem to be a cookie issue, I joined a couple new forums last night. They all saved the cookies and I went right in this a.m. To me it looks like the issue has something to do with the cookies having a set life time, is this possible? I'm no cookie expert. I joined new forums last night just to see if it was something that had to do with my end, but since they saved and worked, I would think it's the new forum. But again, I'm no expert.
Do have to say that the new forum is pretty sweet, just a pain with the password deal.
