Mat, I don't think you can get it back.
From what I understand deleted posts are stripped of their vowels which are then donated to members that can't spell well.

The consonants are bagged and put out by the curb each Tuesday.

I think it would be better to just start from scratch rather than have Steve call the cops on you for rooting around in his garbage.
