I wanted to put a picture in my signature that is avatar size, maybe 300x150. I created my photo gallery and put one in there, but apparantly the site auto-sizes pictures. It came out much larger in my signature. How can I specify the size of a picture in my signature and still have it hosted on this site?

I've noticed that some peeps have smaller pics that are in a "thumbnail" directory. How can I put one in there? And will it stay the same size as what I upload?
