When I or anyone else tries to click "Click here to e-mail Sticker Steve" I/they get "Sorry! That user has specified that they do not wish to receive emails through this board. If you still wish to send an email to this user, please contact the administrator and they may be able to help."

I have double and triple checked the settings in user CP. Any ideas?

 

In your User CP under "Edit Options" make sure the "Hide Email Address?" is set to No.

That should do it.
