Question Column width.

Why are some columns wider than others?
I sometimes have to scroll left or right to see the whole column.

When people post LARGE pictures it causes it to widen.

No, it only happens to me about a third of the time, and it's on all the postings for the whole thread. Most don't have pictures included. Steve Webmeister, any ideas?

What is the setting on your computer? I have 1024x768 on a 15" monitor and I can see from side to side unless someone posts a monster size pic. Also you can click on the little x at the top of the box on the left side of your screen, and the screen will widen to remove that box. to get it back, close the browser and then open it again (with out logging off) I don't know if the little x is exclusive to IE5 or not.

54reg:

Probably 640x480, and on a 17" monitor you should up that to 1024x768. It can easily handle it....
