Does anyone have any stories of how thier truck has gone xxxxx miles with little or no repairs?

there are folks here that drive as much as 75 miles ,one way to work, my buddy has a 97 sc 4x4, 5.4 with 110k never been to dealer!!and this man definatley uses his truck , from the sand to the mud it sees it all.
