I heard that Super Chips makes a "flip chip" does anyone know if they make them for towing, and performance. And if they do the price range I am looking at.

Yes Superchips does make a flip chip, you can get basically any 2 programs you want. Goto the computer chips forum and as Mike Troyer (Superchips_Distributor) he can get you all the info you need.
