Question Wheels, tires and seats - advice?

Hey guys...

Pretty new to the boards but a long time owner, altho I've only just started the modifications. Lovin' it tho...the chip and Flowmaster and K&N have given me a new truck!

Next up is wheels/tires. It's a 94 standard cab, and I was wondering what you guys think looks best in terms of wheel size... Don't want them TOOO big, but I like the look of a decent amount of rubber.

Also what wheels look best in your view? (I'll get 100 different answers to that one!!).

Finally, is it possible to replace the bench seat with chairs and a console? Anyone done this? Expensive? Where to go?

Thanks all...great board!

Michael

I really like the Gen 1 Lightning rims, they are I believe 17 x 8.5 or something. i know they are 17. They look pretty damn sweet IMO.

BTW the Superchip is just awesome!!!

Talking

You are SO right, Beastie...

Mine was stock for four years and I've gone nuts in the last six months and piled stuff on.

I put on the Superchip/Flowmaster/FPIK all on the same day and I could not believe the difference. Incredible. They are the three things that can change a truck.

She's got 97,000 on her now but is mint. I'll post a gallery when I get the digital camera working!

Will look into those wheels...thanks!

Unhappy

The question is how and where to get 'em and what do they cost!!

Any ideas?

By the way, I got quoted $2400 for 18" Axis Vortex wheels with top shelf rubber. How's that sound? Never bought new wheels before! (It was Butler Tire in Atlanta...the wheels are at http://www.butlertire.com/B_Pictures...Ford_T_B_6.htm if anyone wants to check 'em...)

Would love your advice!!

Great site, you guys...like I said, I'm new here, but I've found a lot of info and some wild trucks...
