Fuel pump info
Sounds about right Justin, at least thats how I've done it. Good description, it really is not too bad. Im gonna try and put a 38 gallon tank from a van where my leaking back tank is. Thats what 56 gal. capacity total! lmao! Probably never use it all, but I have the tank and a 6 mo. old pump for it. It would save me quite a chunk if I dont have to go buy a new tank and pump, since it was making noise. The tank is 3x as thick as the the pop can tanks they put on our trucks, so I think it would last forever. Its 1" wider and is it is deeper, but I dont keep my spare stored up there anyhow, so hopefully it will fit. I'll let you guys know how it goes, but I probably wont get to it for a little while.

56..jeez!
My grandfather took a gas tank from his old diesel semi truck and mounted it in the rear of his bed on his Dodge 3500, he has to get gas twice a year..thats it! He just drove from Los Angeles to Seattle and back w/out have to stop for gas. He stayed in seattle for a week too and drove around up there also.
