Getting aggrivated

I'm still having trouble with my truck. 95 F-150 5.0 with 180,000 miles. Here's a quick rundown of the problem and what I've done so far. Any advice would be a help.

The problem: Once the engine gets up to operating temperature the check engine light comes on for a minute or two and then goes out. After it starts doing this the truck seems to lose power usually when accelerating. If you come to a stop, it will accelerate very slowly until it hits about 35 MPH and then it will run like normal. This comes and goes while driving. Also recently the oil pressure guage started bouncing around once the engine light comes on.

The solutions (so far): I took it in to the mechanic to read the codes but he couldn't pull any because the light isn't staying on. I replaced the Throttle Body Sensor, cleaned out the EGR Valve, cleaned out the throttle body and still no improvement. After my mechanic checked it out again, he replaced the O2 sensor and it ran fine for about a month and then it started doing it all over again.

I've been out of the country for the last month so that's the best I can remember what I've done so far. Sorry to be so long winded but I could use some help.
Thanks in advance,
Nate

Just a thought .... had an 87 Sunbird at one time that started acting up about the same, replaced the O2 sensor, ran Ok, the back to poor performance again.

Ended up that I had blown the head gasget between a cylindar and a coolant passage, and it was sucking antifreeze which was fouling up up the O2 sensor. It also made the engine oil sort of a bluish milky color (that is what actually clued me in that I had blown a head gasget).

If you have a compression guage, you could pull the plugs and run a compression check on each cylinder. If it is a blown head gasget, you will get a lower reading on 1 or 2 adjacent cylinders that the rest of them.

I currently have a clogged cat and that sounds similar to my poblem. The temp also runs a little higher then usual.
May want to take a look at the plugs.
