Actually, I was at National Parts Depot for something else, and started looking through their catalogs. As it turns out, in 1980 and 1981, there was a turbo Trans Am, and it had a 4.9L V8, and these guys sell the decals for them. The only ones that say 4.9 are the hood scoop ones, like the one above, and another that says TURBO 4.9. Also they come in several color combos. They sell for $16 each, plus tax.
