Headers for 351W

I have a set of Summit headers for my 90 F-150. Just wondering how tough they are to install. Thanks for any tips!

Actually getting them in and out is easy, getting the old bolts out is the hard part. You will probably have to torch off the bolts holding the manifolds to the rest of the exhaust. Then you should heat the bolts holding the manifolds to the engine before trying to loosen them. If you can't get a torch use lots of penetrating oil, go slow and work them back and forth. If you snap off a bolt or a stud in the engine block it's going to take a couple hours of drilling and tapping to fix.

A torch would be your best bet, heat the up to cherry red and they should come out nice and easy.

Daum! the y-pipe has already been off. It sounds like the headers are going to be a pain!
