Wheeeee. I'm excited. Its a dual exit system w/out muffler, splits into 2 after the cat, then exits into 2 stainless resonated 20" tips behind bumper. Ought to be racey. I may even cut one cat off, depends how I feel when I hold up that splitter pipe to it.

It will sound pretty good. The resonator tips will quiet it down ALOT though.

 

I've got strait pipes on my 302 F-150. They sound GREAT!! I also have Chevelle resonators on them, didn't muffle the sound the slightest, just made it sound like it revved higher. They're kind of hard to see in this picture, but I'll take some more, and I'll also try to get a sound clip.

Its the Heartthrob system from JCWhitney. Aluminized tubing. A friend at work has something similar on a chevy 350. His is a little to loud, but mine should be just right w/ one cat and factory manifold. I should have it by tuesday the latest. Hpoefully I'll have it friday.

I'll post how it all goes on. The only prob I foresee is my bumper might be hanging down to low

 

The kit came today. It looks better than I thought. Pipes are mandrel bent which I wasn't sure about when I ordered. The resonated tips are long, fat, and shiny. They are gonna look cool hanging out the back. I yelled through the resonated tip and it did quiet it down alot. Hopefully it wont too much. I'll let you know how the install goes monday or tuesday. Right now truck is covered in mud.
