Won't Start Part Dux

Well, now that I have spent major $$$$ replacing all the coils and related ignition parts, I still have the no start problem if I drive the Truck for less than 30 minutes and turn it off. The truck gets spark to the plugs (My hair now looks like Don King). I have fuel, but the engine won't fire. Now, I have discovered a quick fix that has until now always enabled me to get the truck started. If I take a screw-driver and press on the valve (looks like a tire air valve on the fuel line next to the disconnect fitting) it will spray fuel on my hands and I turn the key and presto, the truck starts. If I don't do this, it could take as long as 30 minutes before the truck will start. Now, I could use this as a full-time solution, but the ladies at work do not like "Ode De Chevron 93" as a fragrance for Men...

WHY!!!

Sounds like good old vapor lock. The fuel gets warm and vaporizes and can not be pumped. Now your rig is fuel infected so it may be the fuel pump getting too warm and creating a little vapor bubble in the pump. Your little trick allows the pump to pick up just enough fuel to opperate correctly. Some thing you might want to look into.
