Limiting turning raduis on an '85?

I just got an '85 F150 and it has oversize tires on it. I don't know if there is a lift kit on it or not, now I have noticed that the inner parts of the tires rub on the trailing arms with the wheel cranked way over. Is there any way to limit the turning radius on this vehical? With rack and pinion steering systems you can just add little limiters to the tierods, how about on the truck?
Thanks for any help.

On some trucks there are adjustable limiters on the spindle. I'm not sure if you truck will have them, mine doesn't, i just remember that i can only turn the wheel 1.5 turns in each direction. My tires haven't hit the radius arms in months.
