1993 beyond repair?

So I own a 1993 F-150 XLT. We bought it from a school a few years ago and as long as we are aware of it was used as the janitors truck for around the campus activities. They treated it like crap physically but mechanically kept it running. We finally have time to give it the love and attention it needs but it’s got quite a bit of rust. Mechanically, it runs well and aside from a few small things it’s in good shape. I gave her a wash today and noticed there’s quite a bit of rust underneath. Is this all completely rusted and unfixable? We were hoping to restore it and use it to pull our small trailer. Any advice? We love this truck with all our hearts but know it’s just a thing and safety is more important

Either pressure wash the heck out of it and do a POR15 or take it to a KROWN rep and have them oil up the underside.

You must not live in the actual salt belt, because that is just light scaling to us NYers.
