E4OD and 4r109

I have a 1993 Ford f150 it has an e4od transmission I was wondering could I take that one out and put in the 4r100 in its place

No, because the 4R100 has a different bellhousing pattern. It was only made for the modular and diesel engines. Otherwise, they are essentially the same transmission.
