Does anyone have troubleshooting tips for airbag code 14?
"14 front air bag sensor and bracket circuit shorted to ground"

I found the two sensors and the part numbers. I can get new old stock ones and used ones on EBAY. Before I just buy and try though I thought maybe someone has the proper procedure to troubleshoot this code.

Hello,
I replaced the sensor behind passenger seat with code 21. I could find no diagnostic checks.
Checked the continuity through each wire leading to the blue box airbag diagnostic module.( ADM). Located under dash near right foot. Easily removed by unplugging wire harnesses and sliding box up or down.

Check sensor mounting screws for corrosion.

Installed new sensor and got same code. Darn.

Opened up blue ADM box and found the notorious fried thermal fuse. (Check Other threads on the thermal fuse)
Desoldered old fuse and installed new fuse.
Problem fixed, at least for last several months.
I got a few extra ADMs from junkyard, just in case.
