Truck Cranks but will not Start

I have a 1991 F250 7.5 L V8 that will crank but not start. At first I thought it was a timing issue, I put in a new timing kit, timing cover, distributor cap and rotor, ignition coil, and coil to Wire. I also changed out my ignition control module because I thought that could be causing the issue. When I turn the truck to the on position I get 12.4V at the ignition coil, but when I crank it, there is no fluctuation in power at all. I get power to the end of the coil wire, but there is no spark being created. I’m not sure what else to try fixing or testing to find what’s causing my issue. Any help is extremely appreciated.

What is a F2 57.5 L?

Check the pickup coil inside the distributor.

It seems to be in working order, but I’m not 100% on what the reading I’m supposed to be getting out of it.

I'm guessing a F250 7.5L which is the 460 cu in engine.
I doubt a volt meter would be able to see the voltage fluctuation at the coil. Probably would need a scope to see that.

Yes, it’s the 460 motor with an auto tranny.
