Coolant from mystery hole

Hello all, I have a problem with my 94 f150 with the 5.0. There is coolant leaking from the hole just next to the EGR valve when ever the truck starts to heat up. I have no idea what the hole is and why there is coolant coming out of it. I did just recently replace the water pump, fan clutch and radiator hoses, and it didn't leak from that hole before I worked on it. Any help would be much appreciated

Coolant does flow through the throttle body to keep it from icing up in the winter. The inlet is at the bottom, and the outlet is at the top.

That little hole has a freeze plug in it. Not sure where to get one, but if your winters are mild you can plug it with JB Weld or thread it and put a bolt with Teflon tape in. Maybe check Rockauto, or LMC, or even the Ford place if you'd rather have the real deal.
