'93 Stock Wheels

So stock wheels on my F-150 are 15" x 7.5". If I were to go with bigger tires, as in 32x11.5 or 31x11.5, would I have to get bigger rims? Or if I went with 33"?

If you go to tirerack and check the specifications on the tires you want, they give a minimum recommended width for the tires.
