Hello everyone. It's good to be on this forum! My daughter has a 1988 ford f150 XL 5.8. The gear shifter was stuck in park. Checked the brake switch but it wasn't that. I have taken apart the steering wheel to find her aluminum ignition actuator broke in half. I have the new one, but there is not enough space to get it in. Does anyone have experience actually getting one of these into the space provided? Thanks!!! Ps I would give pics but they are not uploading correctly.

 

Try reducing your picture sizes. If you are trying to upload them as taken by most phones and digital cameras, they are way too large.
