Door Sag on 1986 F-150

I got a new upper and lower hinge to try to fix a sagging driver's side door on my truck but was unable to get the upper hinge mounting bolts loose from the truck after unbolting the door from the hinge. I was able to get a socket on the hinge mounting bolts with an extension and universal joint but the angle did not allow enough leverage to turn the bolts. It looks like the solution would be to loosen the left front fender which would give room to access the upper hinge mounting bolts (not sure about the bottom hinge bolts). It seems easier to just leave the hinges alone and replace the hinge pins and bushings by cutting the old pins in half then prying them out. The only hinge pin kits I find are Dorman and I can't tell whether the Dorman kits fit the truck or whether they are "universal" and may require drilling the hinges in order to use the "universal" hinge pins. Is anyone aware of a door hinge pin kit that actually fits the '86 F-150? Thank you.
