1992 f150 cruise and horn inop

cruise and horn inop on extremely clean low mileage 1992 f150 with 302. This truck is pre brake pressure switch and I don’t see any other common causes. Can anyone help? It’s a reg cab and both powder windows are Inop as well. Door locks work and all fuses and relays seem fine. Thanks in advance

Cruise and horn both inoperative is often indicative of a broken clockspring. Usually this in accompanied by a flashing airbag light. Do you see anything of your airbag light?

Thanks for the reply. No airbag light. It does come on at start up but does not remain on or flash
I appreciate the help. It’s tough to get any information on 92 or older it seems on the Internet

If you've checked all your fuses, I'd agree that it would be in the column, possibly the clockspring contacts or the plug.
I don't know how you're getting an airbag light on a 92 though; F150's didn't get airbags till 94.
The 92 clockspring setup is quite simple, spring loaded contacts rub on a circular tack of copper to make a connection. Might be worth pulling the steering wheel to have a look at that.

You can also take 12 volts out to the horn and see if it works.

Ok I have a 94 with the same problem. Can someone tell me where and what the clockspring is?

Clockspring is under the steering wheel. Round plastic thing.
Transfers power from a wheel that turns to a column that doesn't.
