Truck has gone stupid.

Ok so here's the gist. I have a 94 4x4 f150 with the 5.0 and a e4od and 1356 Tcase. Both trans and Tcase are new. I replaced them for my peace of mind. The issue is the truck stalls when going into reverse or once warmed up coming to a stop at a light or stop sign. I am going to change the IAC but other than that I don't know what to do to fix it. I'm used to fixing things and this has me pissed.

Thanks guys. Any help is welcome

Madmarine, welcome to the site. I moved your thread to this forum, which is where it belongs, and I deleted the posts you tacked on to that old forum.

I think you'll get better help here, in your own thread.

If it's not the IAC I'd suspect the MAP sensor.

I keep hearing people commenting b on how the trans filter may be dislodged and at the bottom of the pan. Gonna check that out too.

That won't make the engine stall. It probably will make it so it won't move.

Check the function of the TCC. Sounds like its not releasing properly.

Just because the transmission is new does not mean it is without fault.

That could be true. Idk I've heard alot about this issue with this year of truck and it doesn't make sense that no one has tracked down the issue yet
