Not so much a goodbye

To all the good people I've met on this site, especially Chris Bower, who went by PKRWUD, and sadly passed away last year: I have traded in my 1995 F150 XLT, fondly referred to as Blacker, to the local Ford dealership, for a beautiful silver 2011 Fusion Sport with the Duratec 3.5 V6. Leather, loaded, sunroof, and sport handling package.
I first joined f150online in 2006 shortly after purchasing my F150 from a used car lot. I'd always been a bowtie guy, but quickly became a FORD man after this purchase and my wife followed suit, with now several Ford product purchases. Thanks to all who have answered my questions about various problems that came up, or, mostly, ways to improve my truck, which was my daily driver. I traded her in with 178k on the odo, and despite a minor oil leak and engine coolant leak problem, she ran like a top.
The big problem was mpg, and yes, I know us older F150 owners are not gonna get 30 mpg, it was taking its toll on the ol pocketbook. So it was, with heavy heart, time to move on to a newer vehicle.
Yes, I do plan on once again owning the BEST DAMN PICKUP built, and when I do, I'll say HEY again to you all!!! Till then, keep the shiny side up, and the rubber side down!!!
