Ranger, doing that in a truck is so much cooler than in a Mustang, ain't it?!
You are wrong here sir a simple cam swap cai and exhaust nets you 100+ in the new hemi's.

Really? Huh, the cams themselves don't net us anywhere near that

Dont get me wrong i like f150's the modular motors are reliable harder to get power out of with out fi.. more expensive more work. The new hemi's have awesome flow numbers for one but the intake and exhaust are extremely restrictive and they respond very well to a more aggressive cam. The r/t challengers come 372ish hp stock or close.. get a diablo tuner, more aggressive/street friendly cam, full exhaust, afe cai you'll have 500hp. Look into the new hemi's especially but all of them respond very well to cams. I have first hand experience with them too not bad motors. Challengers chargers etc have a 3.07 gear also unless u get the trak pack with 3.92 gear(20" wheels) eitherway high gears. None of there cars have that low of a gear. I have nothing against ford motors either tho.. that 5.0 is mean alot of technology.

Just because a ford motor doesnt gain alot from the right cam swap doesnt mean neither can other motors. Its all about the heads. The new hemi head specifically has flow numbers that compare with aftermarket heads. Cam alone 61hp.. http://www.compcams.com/information/...a/HemiCams.asp
There are things out there that can make power without FI believe it or not. Thats why hemi's are used in nascar and nhra and pretty much all automotive events. Just because it doesnt carry the ford name doesnt always equate to it being worthless. All that said i like pretty much all amrican made cars. They all have there strong points
