I think the pads are too thick I used an entire bottle of brale cleaner and a scrubbed everything. So I can leave that clip out? Cause with it in the pad can't move.

Ok now I took one of the little metal? Shims off the big pad that helped with the dragging if I take the shim off the small pad I think that will fix the issue.
