I found the noise coming from #4 cylinder and goes away completely at 1,000 rpms. No exhaust leaks I checked with a piece of pvc pipe taking spark plug wires off does not change sound! Need any help on info I'm going to try and have the timing check tomorrow thanks so much!

 

Check out the new picture I adfed it shows #4 spark plug it looks normal
