91' F150 Dash lighting problem

Hey y'all, I've had this truck for about 3 years now, and the dash lights havent worked since I got it. I got antsy today and pulled the dash apart, and pulled the instuments out. There were no blown bulbs, all my wires seemed fine. Now theres been times when theyd work breifley, as in for 5-10 mins, but they havent kicked on for a while now. I pulled the headlight switch out and tinkered with it, doesnt seem to have made a difference. All my other lights work though. Headlights, blinkers, tail lights, highbeams check engine, all of em.
Where should I go from here?
Thanks, Cody.

Where abouts is the connection? Right behind the bumper?

I don't see a problem with any of the connections/wiring.

Do you have a Haynes manual?

You will be checking for 5-12volts on the lt blue with red stripe from the headlight switch, into and out of fuse #10, then to all the dash lights, climate control backlights, radio, ect...
