All:
working on my buddies '95 F150 and he is having some weird issues. We have the selector put on Max AC and and then after a few minutes it will switch to defrost, and then to floor, and then back to max ac - all while the switch stays on max ac.
Anyone seen this before? Im about to order a new selector panel, but Id rather save the cash if there is something else i need to change or can do on my own.

 

Check vacuum lines for holes. These are vacuum powered.

 

I thought about that, but it does the same pattern each time, for about the same amount of time period through the cycle. could that be the electrics that control the switch?
