Help me please !!!

Ok so my truck wont start , its a 88 f150 300, 6cyl, 5 speed 4x4. i have just put in a new starter a new relay and new battery the truck fired right up my alternator wasnt working so i shut the truck down to deal with that. was just a connection , i then tried to fire the truck back up and it tryed for a second and then wouldnt stay running , so i started thinking fuel, put fuel in tank replaced fuel filter , and even just put a new fuel pump in it this morning, still nothing . does anyone have any suggestions for me i am stumped at this stage of the "game" any info or suggestions would be great , post on here or email me at oldsmobile-cutlass@hotmail.com

Ok so don't think it's bad gas . I got fuel at my fuel rail and it does start when sprayed directly into intake but won't stay running seems to me like there's something little holding it backanyone have any ideas ?

ok i really need some suggestions , 1988 f150 300 inline 6 efi . i have replaced fuel pump and filter fuel is good and getting to fuel rail . it will not run off its own fuel it will run if i spray it directly into the throttle body but will not pick up its own fuel . can someone tell me if theres a fuse or something simple that couldve blown to stop injectors from pushing fuel because thats where i think im stuck . please somebody help me out . any info on this would be amazing and super helpful.

Hey kyle. Which fuel pump did you replace? There are 2, one in the tank that moves fuel to the one next to the filter that pressurizes the fuel to send it into the efi. You'll probably have to test your fuel pressure to find out what's going on. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? Peace, Dave.

I can't say for sure what the pressure should be, but on my truck when I purged the lines it was spraying 2-3 feet in the air with just the residual pressure in the line

Have you checked your fuel pressure regulaor. Its located by the back of the intake on the drivers side and your fuel pressure is important. Plus do you have and check engine codes that showed up and have you checked any of the fuses to see if any of them might have blown.
