If the clutch master points up toward the front of the truck they get air locked and no amount of fluid will clear it.
Might have to take the master loose and point the front down hill to burp the air out. I know people who have gone through about 3 qts. of fluid trying to bleed out a clutch system. May not be your problem but it's worth a look.
