Fuel leak from top of housing

I have a 1994 F350, 7.3 Diesel, engine code "K". It has a spin on fuel filter, it leaks fuel from the top of the fuel housing, where the (I believe is the fuel water separater) sensor plugs in. I tried to get the part from our local ford dealer, them do not seem to know what I am talking about. I even showed them, but unable to bring up the part on their computer (computer screen showing detail of the fuel system). If there is anyone having the same problem of a fuel leak from the top of the fuel housing where the fuel water separater plugs in, I would like to hear from you. I believe I need new plastic part to fix the problem but I do not know where to get it. I tried Napa, but I struck out there as well.

Turbo or NA? What's the 10th VIN digit? Does it look like this?
(there are 2 BIIIIIIIIG pics, so scroll down)

Or this?

If those diagrams don't show, try clicking this:

If that doesn't work, click this & drill down to your truck:

Once you're on one of the Fuel Filter pages, click the "Get Info" button, then "Go" to see that diagram.
